- Red Sugar: 500 grams.
- Clean Water: 5 liters.
TEA Brand Tapioca Pearls Cooking Instructions:
- Bring 5 liters of water to a boil.
- Stir the tapioca pearls into the boiling water until they disperse and float.
- Set a timer for 30 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, add red sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- When the timer reaches the end, turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid for another 30 minutes to steam the tapioca pearls.
